Here we are: Why these guys get to run our favorite teams. Do the right thing Pax and Gar.

My line in the sand is clear now.

Give the keys to Dunn and Lauri. Say bye-bye to Zach.

Bulls are totally matching that and I'm not happy about it.

If the Bulls really wanted to keep lavine they should of been more aggressive instead of the usual cheap routine

Now they have a decision to make. The official offer is 4 years 78 mil btw

J.R. Smith btw, has a ring. And for the longest time Bulls fans were tossing his name about with the likes of O.J. Mayo and Arron Afflalo to be our starting 2 guard for those D.Rose era Thibs teams.

He does. And if one of the players we just drafted ends up being a top 3 player of all time, Lavine might coat tail ride to a ring as well. But it will hardly be because of him.

Lmao **** him. This is how the Bulls approach RFA

Yeah after those remarks I hope when he calls to inform the Bulls of the offer they just say “Enjoy spending 4 years out West” and hang up the phone. $20 mil a year is too much hard pass.

He's good as gone... So what's the next step? We're much near to a rock bottom team than a start to pretend squad.

That offer is just rich enough to be a problem if Lavine doesn't improve, yet cheap enough that the Bulls just might figure they need to match it to keep him from getting away for nothing. If it had been 4/100, fine, let him. Or 4/60, sure, you match it. But 20 mil a year for what he has done in the league so far just seems like you're really doing some wishful thinking on what he might become. I'd rather let someone else deal with the disappointment, and use that money instead on more productive players.

Sac has really trolled us superbly this off season. First the coin toss and now this. 18 mil was the max overpay I would swallow. Let him enjoy Sacramento.
KC: Do you still think you're a championship-caliber team?
Gar: I never said that and correct me if I'm wrong.
KC: You were asked that question at the news conference announcing Thibodeau's dismissal and you answered yes

That's what I want to hear.

Go West, young man!

If Sac wants to pay 20 millionish per year for a decent sixth man, we should definitely agree that they are wise and stick them with the deal. At that point they are literally paying the kid as if he’s a second or third option when he hasn’t even produced as someone worthy of being in a decent team’s starting line up and has a skill set so raw that he could be out of the league in a year or two if a dip in production occurs.

Ask yourself this -- would you EVER do something the Kings just did? NO. Let them be the dumbass team to bet on the slim chance he's really a good player. DO NOT FOLLOW THE KINGS.

How do you know what they've done or haven't done with him? Maybe they've made him offers, that he refused?
