So unless one of the other teams still under the cap offers him more, then no, he can't and won't be paid more.
I'm saying, that regardless of what happens, they're going to offer him that 3/25. Just like regardless of what happens, Houston is going to give Lin an offer sheet to sign. Taking it away would be unethical.
