I miss the good ol days when each GT would be 100 pages long.
Just wait 'til we rack up a couple of wins and the bandwagoners hop on

i just want to say not to overreact to your team's defense tomorrow. cade hasn't been ruled out yet but i think it's pretty obvious he isn't playing and our offense is terrible with hayes trying to run the show. i'm expecting you guys to win but hopefully it's an entertaining game with no injuries!

Hopefully we come ready and don't get our pants pulled down on opening night like the Lakers

Were the Lakers considered the favorite going into the game? I was pretty confident the Warriors would win, given the injuries LA is already dealing with and their assemblage of old vets who likely don't care about October games.
Likewise, I think our roster is excited and will bring energy to the first game that counts and Detroit's guys are likely not thrilled to start a tanking year.

From what I saw Lebron and the rest of that squad wanted to win BADLY. They just got outplayed. If Klay Thompson is anything close to pre-injury the Warriors are gonna be VERY good.

New York is going to be some knock down drag out fights I feel. One that is how Thibs teams generally play, and we are trying to prove something against the "old" Bulls regime. Plus we are likely going to be fighting for similar seeding position this season. NYK "might" be better this year if Kemba works out. They also might fall off a cliff. They will for sure be fun games. I feel confident we can wipe the floor with Detroit and Cleveland though for sure. We are that much better this year.
I think I recall seeing a blurb about how hard the Knicks were playing in the preseason... I remember something about Julius Randle diving for a loose ball at the end of a preseason game. With the history that Thibs/DRose/Taj all have with the team/city and Joakim being in the house on Oct. 28th, the energy in the United Center for this game should be interesting. I already have my tickets so I am ready.
We should beat the Pistons tomorrow.
Umm, Julius Randle hit a buzzer beater to beat the Wizards.
A buzzer beater. In pre-season.
That means Thibs played him ALL the way until the end of the game!
