He looks a lot like Carmelo.
While he has been outstanding, you want your offense to have more ball movement and not rely on isos. I am hoping Barnes continues to develop his offensive game, make his move faster while the defense isn't settled, attack the rim more, draw fouls, be more complete. Even if it is a slow process and it has its struggles... I hope that is the goal and a bad season like this one is a great opportunity to have him develop his weaknesses. Have him handle the ball more. Besides this, he only had 2 rebounds against the Celtics and the Mavs were outrebounded by 21 (!).
Considering how bad things are outside of him, his efficiency is incredible. It's one thing to "put stats on a bad team, it's another to be as efficient as he's been through 10 games". In the Boston game, this team could barely score, yet they dumped a ball to him and he carried them. If anything, considering how bad things are, he should be getting more shots. Curious to see if this team ever finds some stability, to see what he looks like in a team with more continuity and 'flow'.

 ..........forget it.
