The Cowboy's method of waiting until the very last minute to sign players and then looking to see whatever FA scraps are laying around is a horrible method.

Free Agency is like a pinata, when it breaks you have to immediately jump on whatever falls out or you're going to get stuck with the crap no one wants.

Last year is completely unfair to use as judgement, the Jets signed him to be the main guy but then Breece Hall fell all the way to the 2nd to the them. Cook left the team.

I basically view last season as a plus for Cook, less wear on his tires.

AH, that's what it was yes. But Hall was fine. Either way, Breece Hall's skill level is what got in the way, who was the much younger elite prospect. First RB taken in the draft. Had little to do with Cook.
