I'm 5'8" trying to get to 160 from 170. I'm working hard. I broke my leg and gained 10 lbs of fat easily. You can definitely get up high if you lift heavy weights and eat a lot. I really want to slim down though. I need more discipline in my diet.

Count calories using an app like MyFitnessPal, it's easy, you've just got to put your mind to it. Good luck!

Last summer I did the same workout and diet and lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks. This time is proving to be harder. It's been a week. I need to work harder

They're all SO MUCH stronger than Jennings. Maybe not roids but he seems like a teenage, and if you're not Lowry, you need to gain clean weight to play the PG position. Look at boys like Paul or Rondo, maybe not bodybuilders but they seems clear-cut as f**k.

It just irritates the hell out of me that this guy is our PG when the league is just saturated with good ones. Hes gotta go somehow so we can get a real one in here.

Jennings should juice it up and come back at 250 ready to dominate

More than anything I can't wait to see what effect SVG has on Jennings.

The kid has talent...I've said it before but I believe he needs a coach who will fight for him and push him and "love" him...

IF Jennings comes correct SVG could be everything he ever wanted/needed in a coach.

We don't need a top 10 PG to run the show...but we need more than what Jennings brought last season.

I hope he's ready. SVG will work him out or kick him out

He needs someone to emphasize learning to finish with his right hand, and how to take shots within a system. Jennings can shoot, the problem is his off balance "style" shots that are awesome when they go in but they RARELY go in.

I think this guy is an immature knucklehead who will NEVER get it and is the real problem on this team. He should be the main target to get rid of this off-season, by any means necessary. Bring in a wily veteran to run the team for a season or two - somebody who will spread the ball around, somebody who's main objective will be to develop Drummond and KCP on the court.

Bynum reminds me of Meer at times. I wouldn't be surprised to see Stan start Bynum over Jennings.
