Explain to me your reasoning as to why Lee and Klay will help us win more in the future....Not saying you're wrong or anything....I'm just interested in your reasons.
Well...it's hard to say any guy we got or might get will help us win,if looked at as just one or two guys but not in context. I'd always like to trade 3 quarters for a dollar but as we know from real deals or trade board ideas...it ain't that simple. You have to have a good fit. You need to look at the age factor,at injury risks. Contracts? HUGE factor since we have other good size contracts,we do not want to overpay to get an overpaid guy.
We don't want to flip Lee and Klay to get a one and done rental. We don't want to get stuck with a bunch of baggage fillers.
We might end up losing Landry, jack and Rush. We likely are stuck with Biedrins + R Jeff and have zero draft pick. so far our 3 rookies are interesting but inconsistant. We might be able to get some FA with MLE but will not want to go into the lux Tax. We're not real sure what to expect from Bogut...who's not signed for long. Basically...Curry,Lee and Klay are the core we can build on.ears past we were often quick to deal away any "core" as soon as it had begun to look like a core...so every year we'd be trying to start over toward turning individuals into a real team. If Barnes evolves ass expected and Rush returns,is healthy...we have a good trio to fill the SG/SF.
We MIGHT get a SWEET offer for ANY guy...too good to pass up. We will as usual, also get offers that might seem good at first but have big negatives if you really look.
CENSORED... No comment.
