I don't think it means we are getting Okung... I think he's more likely to wear a Lions jersey than McCoy is, but Schwartz wants a completely rehauled d-line. He told KVB as much, according to KVB, when he went to his house to sign him.
I could see the Lions signing Hargrove and Pitts, and then draft Suh. We could use Cliff Avril and Sammie Lee Hill as depth.
A. Hargrove/C. Avril
C. Williams
N. Suh/S.L. Hill
K. Vanden Bosch
J. Peterson/Z. Follett
D. Levy/J. Dizon
E. Sims/C. Campbell?
C. Houston
???????
L. Delmas
???????/J. Wade

Updating a previous item, Mark Berman, of FOX 26 Houston, reports free-agent OG Chester Pitts (Texans) said he will visit the Detroit Lions Wednesday, March 17, and could sign with the team if the offer is right.
"If the Lions give me something I can't refuse, I am not leaving Detroit and I will cancel my trip to San Francisco," Pitts said. Pitts added he is impressed with what's happening in Detroit. "I like what (Lions Head) Coach (Jim) Schwartz is doing," Pitts said. "He's really upgraded his defense by adding (DL) Corey Williams and (DL) Kyle Vanden Bosch."

Linebacker Landon Johnson is visiting the Detroit Lions today, his agent, Andy Simms, confirmed.
Johnson, 29, spent the last two seasons playing mostly special teams for the Panthers under Danny Crossman, who is now the Lions’ special teams coach. The 6-foot-2, 232-pounder was a starter the previous four years for the Bengals.
The Lions also are supposed to host guard Chester Pitts today. Pitts, 30, started 114 consecutive games for the Texans before suffering a knee injury last year. He is recovering from surgery.
Lions | Ayodele scheduled to visit

Matt Maiocco, of The Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports the Detroit Lions are scheduled to meet with unrestricted free-agent LB Akin Ayodele (Dolphins) Friday, March 19.

I dunno how I feel about this. I think he's a good CB, might even still be able to be the #1 option on a team. But I'm not sure his mindset is right for a young team like the Lions.
However, if anyone knows about Pacman it's Schwartz. The Titans wanted Pacman back when he got suspended. When the Titans thought about trading him, when Goodell was messing around with his reinstatement, the Lions were one of the teams showing interest in him.
If he's in great shape, can still play, agrees to behave, take a cheap short contract.... I wouldn't be too upset over the signing... but that's alot of "ifs".
