Except that Carolina was destroying the Buccaneers at the time so they had no incentive after the 1st quarter. Or do you honestly think they gave the Seahawks their best effort?

You're playing a divisional foe for the 1 seed, of course they are. Also if AZ were giving up in the second quarter they wouldn't of waited till the 3rd to bench palmer.
