Clemson goes down too! They are out of the CFP picture most likely

So assuming Ohio St doesn't fire Day before the CFP, if they want to fire him the portal would essentially be closed & a bunch of the top coaches would be off the market right? Tough spot for Ohio St

A down year (expected) after winning the National Championship. I can live with it. Beating "THE WORLD FAMOUS OHIO STATE BUCKEYES" (**** off Gus) is a fantastic end to the regular season.

You have an interesting mix of which Michigan and which Wisconsin teams you decided to root for. I presume you have some allegiance in both states, but how did you comes to decide which state to pull for in each sport?

A 99 yard pick 6 followed by a 100 yard pick 6. Unreal. And I win my bet

I'm a Yooper. GB football is what was on TV growing up so that's who we pulled for. When I went to college at Michigan Tech, my roommate got me into BB & he was a Buck's fan for some reason so I joined in. We had hockey tickets all 4 years at school; again, the Red Wings were always on WKBD out of Detroit so I became a fan. Started listening to baseball on the radio during the summers & fell for Ernie Harwell & the Tigers. As far as U of M, MTU is a low division school (although hockey has been good as of late) so I adopted MI even though my Dad was an MSU fan. Then I married a girl from the Detroit suburbs & the MI relationship was cemented. That's my story. :D

You know how much of a disaster you have to be as a Head Coach in college to get fired after only two seasons.

So after going through the 12 team cfp process for the first year I think a clear adjustment they need to make is to reseed after the 1st round. I think there is an argument to be made that Oregon would be better off losing Saturday and getting the 5 seed rather than being the 1 seed and that shouldn't happen.

? There's no argument that a bye is a worse outcome.
