Clemson goes down too! They are out of the CFP picture most likely
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Re: College Football Discussion - Week 12
So assuming Ohio St doesn't fire Day before the CFP, if they want to fire him the portal would essentially be closed & a bunch of the top coaches would be off the market right? Tough spot for Ohio St

A down year (expected) after winning the National Championship. I can live with it. Beating "THE WORLD FAMOUS OHIO STATE BUCKEYES" (**** off Gus) is a fantastic end to the regular season.

You have an interesting mix of which Michigan and which Wisconsin teams you decided to root for. I presume you have some allegiance in both states, but how did you comes to decide which state to pull for in each sport?

A 99 yard pick 6 followed by a 100 yard pick 6. Unreal. And I win my bet

I'm a Yooper. GB football is what was on TV growing up so that's who we pulled for. When I went to college at Michigan Tech, my roommate got me into BB & he was a Buck's fan for some reason so I joined in. We had hockey tickets all 4 years at school; again, the Red Wings were always on WKBD out of Detroit so I became a fan. Started listening to baseball on the radio during the summers & fell for Ernie Harwell & the Tigers. As far as U of M, MTU is a low division school (although hockey has been good as of late) so I adopted MI even though my Dad was an MSU fan. Then I married a girl from the Detroit suburbs & the MI relationship was cemented. That's my story.

You know how much of a disaster you have to be as a Head Coach in college to get fired after only two seasons.

Re: College Football Discussion - Week 12
So after going through the 12 team cfp process for the first year I think a clear adjustment they need to make is to reseed after the 1st round. I think there is an argument to be made that Oregon would be better off losing Saturday and getting the 5 seed rather than being the 1 seed and that shouldn't happen.

? There's no argument that a bye is a worse outcome.
