I agree Snyder has failed to build a winner.

But there can be no question he wants to win, which can't be said about Jed or the Yorks.

Snyder at least is a self-made man, didn't have the team given to him, and he built his own stadium.

Warren Buffett is a self made dude as well....doesn't mean he is smart enough to run a football team. Snyder's meddling has damaged his team.

I think Jed wants to win, but has made some questionable decisions. Don't think Snyder is better, I think he is worse. Nothing worse than an owner that plays Fantasy Football with the roster, Snyder is not a football person but he has made decisions on free agents. He is kinda like Al Davis that way, except Al at least was a good football evaluator once upon a time. Rumor now is he doesn't want to get rid of RG3. Kind of hard for the GM to do his job.

True but Redskins never became a good team.

The 49ers were just on the verge of winning it all the last couple of years and now, it's all become unraveled. Not just because of Harbaugh's departure but this whole "winning with class" malarkey.

While 49ers shed starters, including all pro players, the Seahawks are drafting guys with off field issues like Clark who may turn into very good players.

The winning with class thing was York's foot in mouth. Looking at the Seahawks, we are in a different place. We had an older team that had a nice run that unfortunately couldn't get the super bowl, While a couple of retirements were a surprise, this team had a number of old vets and was over the salary cap. The roster turnover was coming soon, maybe not just all at once. Seattle had a couple of great drafts and have built a nice young team. This year they entered salary cap hell like we were in. You are going to see them start to lose players to FA. They will have their run and unless Schneider hits on all the drafts, they will be where we are in a few years.

Giants are interested in trading for Kam Chancellor so it'll be interesting to see if anything happens there.

I doubt he gets moved since the Hawks are in a win now mode but I could see him getting moved for the right price as the Hawks could use some picks and moving him would free up some cap space.

If Chancellor refuses to budge it could happen although Seattle would probably want an arm and a leg for him. Seattle will miss him more than their fans realize

Weird RB situation in Seattle. Turbin to IR, Michael out for a really low pick (that makes me so happy), going with just Lynch (29), Jackson (34), and an UDFA who was only okay in the offseason. If Lynch goes down, they could be in serious trouble. Also interesting that they ended up cutting the first OL they added in the draft this year. Schneider is very good, but got to say, he's had a lot of pretty high busts. OL, WR, and RB have not been kind to him. Really offense in general.

I continue to tell people to watch out for Thomas Rawls. I think he was one of the best UDFA signings of the offseason. He shed some pounds from last year, somewhat like Hyde did, and I'm always interested to see how RBs respond to any kind of considerable change. I'm not always a fan of the slim down in backs like those two but we'll see. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was their future horse when Lynch gives it up.

I wasn't impressed with their other backs at all this preseason. I agree, if Lynch goes down they are going to be in trouble. Opposing defenses will focus on Wilson. Michael ended up being a bust for Seattle, 2nd round pick. Schneider isn't as perfect as some Hawk fans make him out to be.

The Seahawks released Robert Turbin. Another bust pick for the supposed infallible GM Schneider, The hawks better hope Lynch doesn't go down.

Thomas Rawls would probably get somewhat of a shot and I wouldn't bet against him being fairly scary to face either. Watch out.

Rawls was practice squad material b4 the RB departures. He has a long way to go before anyone should get too concerned

Hopefully their line has problems.

Rams should be a good test for them this week, that monster DL vs. the Seattle line.

Not off-season, but former Niner Cody Wallace starting at center for Pittsburgh.

I think the Rams win this weekend.....I also predict they will be the "feel good story" adopted by the media this year. If not them, the Vikings.
