Bottom line is Pau Gasol is soft on the boards

Lamar being a dominant rebounder

B-Scott, why do you think your above statements are true?

Odom Gasol
8.7 8.6 career
9.6 9.1 this season

Those number don't exactly reflect domination as you put it.

Watch Dwight Howard have 20 boards tonight

Quit acting like that would be a revelation or something. Dwight has already had 8 20+ rebound games this season. The guy is a beast.

Possibly the quote of the year!

This is my nominee:

"I dislocated my picky also about 2 weeks ago. I taped it up and my jumper is still money."

Either that or the comment he made that Kobe was playing so well that he must have been reading his posts.

My only regret is that there's only so much room in my signature...

Just noticed that Lamar's has actually been playing SF with Vlad at the PF spot.

Like i said, Pau Gasol is soft when it comes to rebounding,so (without Bynum) Lamar's rebounding should be appreciated

Watch Dwight Howard have 20 boards tonight. Hopefully we can overcome that and still win the game

Pau Gasol: 9 rebounds
Lamar Odom: 6 rebounds

Dwight Howard: 11 rebounds

If he is, it's purely nominal.

On defense, Odom is guarding either PF or Center. Radmanovic is on the SF. On offense, Radmanovic is spotting up in the corners for the three-ball, in the strong side triangle.

critical, I understand what you're saying, but I'm not sure that Tex quote really helps your case. Tex is still clearly perplexed by Odom, saying he's got so much size yet still struggles to put it together. He even alludes to his stats and how nice they look, IMO a clear reaction to people who cite his double doubles (like you, who compare him to KG) yet he's not actually that good in terms of his actual impact.

My favorite quotes of his was when he got all flustered over Odom's 4/2/2 game against the Mavs a couple weeks ago and said after that game that Kobe puts up nice stats but doesn't have true impact. This is the night Kobe went 40/10/5/58%.

After Bynum gets back the lineup should look like this with Odom at SF:

Fisher/Farmer
Bryant/Sasha
Odom/Ariza
Gasol/Radman
Bynum/Turiaf

I guess Luke is out of the rotation when Ariza/Bynum get back? Hes getting paid $5 mil...

Odom looks great since Pau came along. The Orlando game is the first actual game I've seen since the trade but he looked more focused than he has all year and dunked TWICE(???) in a game...

Take a paycut during contract time LO and you are a keeper!
