If I'm not wrong, I recall you are on the research side of Biomed engineering. Usually research teams tend to have far less bureaucracy than traditional engineering teams even at big companies so try to keep an open mind. At worst you'll be visiting a new facility and see how things are set up so don't be rejecting interviews completely.
