Current Trade Market: Top 5 Point Guards Available
Who are the top 5 point guards who could be acquired via trade right now? This seems to be the most common need across the league this year.

Not going to guarantee they'd be gettable, but these are the best names in descending order of likelihood (of being available):
- Lamelo: I don't think he's the current Hornet's management archetype.
- Derrick White: Great role player some value as a star, Celtics should consider selling high (like they did with Smart) before he starts declining.
- Trae: Do the Hawks want to pay him? I'm pretty sure they'd consider any serious proposal
- Ja: awesome talent, but Grizzlies might be fed up after all the injuries and drama.
- Garland: if things don't work out this season, he may be the Cavs preferred trade chip to turn their fate around.

I don't think both White and Pritchard are traded but I expect one to be traded.

Interesting. I don’t think either is traded unless the Celtics upgrade seriously somehow. Both are on team friendly contracts and great fit for the Cs.
Jordan Walsh > Lonnie Walker and Charles Bassey

I mean, Derrick White is paid probably what is expected of his pay--exceptional glue guy, sub-allstar making, but entering his early 30s.
I think that trading White makes sense because it gives Boston a mini-reset.

Ja isn’t available. Fox and Pippen are.
