Looks like Kawhi worked out with 5 teams
EDIT: Also, to add, Kawhi was a player who was mocked far higher than his draft position (which isn't surprising when you notice that the teams who worked him out had picks 1/4, 5, 6, 7, & 9). If we're making any comparison here to the Kings then panning them for not working out players *below* their position is actually the exact opposite of what happened with Kawhi. In that case the Kings could be panned for not working out any of the top 8 draftees, but as others have mentioned, those players all refuse to workout for the teams at the tail end of the top 10 because they're sure they'll be off the board.
