Pelicans go all in on a young core. They resign Ball and run Ball/Beal/Ingram/Zion as the core for the future. They still have more draft capital left to package for a better fitting big man like say a Myles Turner or Christian Wood as well.
Golden State is a close second if the pick ends up being 4 or 5 in this draft.

Golden State runs out Steph/Beal/Thompson/Green/Looney with Bertans as a 6th man.
Really bad idea to trade those unprotected picks. Those often end up being disastrous moves when mediocre teams make them. Beal isn't worth all that either imo and I think NOP should look to add players in free agency and look for bargains in the trade market.
What about throwing a big offer out at Norm Powell who will be a UFA this summer. Good fit I think. Won't cost anything but cap space.
Since Hart and Ball need new contracts and they still haven't dumped Bledsoe, finding enough cap space to offer a decent contract to Powell will be a problem.
