Not a hot take to think Powell is just as good or better than Herro. I mentioned it last year and was attacked with pitch forks but it’s the truth. Now you have to factor in their age difference and their contracts. Powell could flame out in 2 years or he could still be pretty damn good while Herro should continue to be a solid player for another 8-10 years. The contract difference is huge and I think both are pretty replaceable, I mean Powell is kind of showing that with Herro now.
I worry the ball will stick a lot more when Herro comes back while he hunts for his own shot, he hasn’t even had a practice with the new look offense yet. Hopefully I’m wrong.
