Woul be scary, 2003 detroit pistons like scary. Spo would be the happiest coach on earth.
Anunoby could be special defensively, he is my pick.
Other picks I like are Bridges as a poor man Melo and Giles as a poor man Bosh.
I think we need a scorer from the wing position but Anunoby elite defensive potential is hard to pass...
Good Lord, don't quit your day job. You don't waste a near-lottery pick on a player that missed most of the season due to knee surgery. Harry Giles is nothing like Chris Bosh. Miles Bridges is nothing like Carmelo Anthony.

Realistically speaking, whether Chicago/Indiana loses or not, Miami's pick will be either 1-14 or 15. If it's 15, Justin Jackson, Terrance Ferguson, John Collins, Ivan Rabb, Isaiah Hartenstein, Grayson Allen, Jawun Evans, Caleb Swanigan, and even Bam Adebayo are all available at or around that pick. Miami wins if it makes the playoffs, and still (worst-case) wins if Indiana/Chicago win.
Potential first round acquisitions sorted according to position--
PG: Jawun Evans*
SG: Grayson Allen* - Terrance Ferguson* -
SF: Justin Jackson*
PF: Isaiah Hartenstein* - Ivan Rabb* - John Collins* - Caleb Swanigan* -
C: Bam Adebayo*
Right now, Justin Jackson, Isaiah Hartenstein, Ivan Rabb, and (go figure) Grayson Allen have my attention. They all potentially fill needed roles, minus the sort of injury issues you'd be crazy to waste a mid-round pick on.
Anyone else been following this guy?
