I've eaten fully raw eggs before when my wife had a bunch of leftover yolks from a recipe. I couldn't bear the thought of wasting them and wasn't interested in cooking, so I just slumped them down in one go. Not appealing.

I do love soft boiled eggs though. Moderation;)

don't some hardcore muscle people drink yolks for gains? good source of protein I heard.

speaking of which, how's intermittent fasting working out for you DoM?

I've recently tried it for the first time. Just 8/16 split nothing too crazy some days 9/15. I start eating at 12pm. I find that I lost some weight right away, but feel very weak all the time esp. in the morning. Not sure I'll continue.. probably don't want this for lifestyle. 12pm has never felt this delightful though :)

I might do it intermittently but it's not something I see myself sticking with. I like breakfast. Eliminating sugar and working out are all I really need. I plan on losing about 40 more pounds (2 am snacks while studying is evil) at which point I will be down to around 190. I might do the fasting if my body gets stubborn at some point.

Exactly how I feel. IF requires a lot of discipline too, might as well enjoy breakfast and have energy throughout the day while limiting some caloric intake.

Shut up Kob

tbh kobe probably doesn't care about the current lakers or rather he doesn't want em to succeed with new star players.

Not that I think about it, would knock him out of top five players to put on a lakers jersey

Wilt
Kareem
Magic
Shaq
Lebron

shut up kob

Yeah buddy. I've dropped ten pounds by just doing calisthenics and not stuffing my face in the wee hours of the morning. Diet is such a huge part of it. I did give IF about four days of my time though.

How about You? Any good results?

With the rockets well into the shot clock on a recent offensive play, they had a total of 1 player’s foot inside the 3 point line.

I'm on day 7 or so? Definitely lost some weight since it's hard for me to eat a lot in 8 hour window.

I find myself being kind of moody, angry at chalm down, agitated in the morning sometimes. not good, or impressed so far.

I think IF fits well with college kids who can sleep in every day and can get a lot of sleep. My lifestyle doesn't really work well with it since i only sleep about 5 hours most days.

Warranted

Do IF for a month Iggs, and DoM. Your body needs to adapt to it and it'll keep fighting it off till it caves in and it'll come more naturally. But at the end of the day, It's just a tool.
