Even if Ainge sits on his hands and does nothing, he looks like a threat in a trade for nearly every disgruntled star player going forward. Miami would be capped out with limited mobility with whoever the signed on a max contract. Riley can say "Ainge doesn't get you players, I will" (which is true track record-wise), but that talk only goes so far without pics, limited space, and not many young assets. Sure, Spo can maximize Hayward, but what else can we offer team-wise in terms of mobility going forward? We were outsiders from the beginning. Nothing wrong with that. I would be ecstatic to sign Hayward but the cards were never really in our favor. It would say a lot about Riley and this team to pry him away from Utah and Boston.

You really think if Hayward signs here Riley is capped out? Hahaha say Goodbye to TJ, Ellington won't be re-signed, McBob-Gone. And that is just your appetizer. This team will be build around Whiteside and Hayward. Everyone else is expendable.

just tweeting for attention while saying nothing. if he had a story to break he'd tweet about it. not something vague.
