Using any of a S&T, the MLE > 5.7m, or the BAE hard cap you at about 6m above the tax line. You can't do a sign and trade if you would be above that line after the trade. Which exceptions you've used is irrelevant.

And I don't get why nobody criticizes the Hollinger article for this.
The solution he suggested would hard cap the Bucks, which you don't want if you have not finished all your trades. We are not hard capped now, despite him saying that as I believe we haven't used our full MLE.
Besides us losing our flexibility, he is suggesting a double sign & trade which also hard caps the Magic. That is impossible to arrange (and probably they would also ask for something in return).
Am I reading things correctly or am I missing something?
