Every player needs to develop a lot in order to reach their potential. Parker would be no different. He's got the foundation for a really good passing game between the handle and ability to get to spots for the most part. Now he needs to streamline his body more so he can get to spots even more freely, and to top it off by just not trying to be the guy himself because that's what he's accustomed to. If so, his passing game will flourish.
Look at how much different of a passer KD was this year. He averaged 5.5 assists per game. His rookie season it was 2.4. In college he sported an assist percentage of 8.6. Guess what - that's EXACTLY the same as Parker's.
Not gonna happen? Shift that stance to - I guess it could happen.
Yes, Jabari could potentially become a willing passer, but he'll never have the passing ability of Larry. If you've ever seen Larry play and actually believe it's a possibility, I don't know what to tell you. It's about as likely as Wiggins getting his ball-handling to Hot Sauce levels. It just isn't feasible.
