Every player needs to develop a lot in order to reach their potential. Parker would be no different. He's got the foundation for a really good passing game between the handle and ability to get to spots for the most part. Now he needs to streamline his body more so he can get to spots even more freely, and to top it off by just not trying to be the guy himself because that's what he's accustomed to. If so, his passing game will flourish.

Look at how much different of a passer KD was this year. He averaged 5.5 assists per game. His rookie season it was 2.4. In college he sported an assist percentage of 8.6. Guess what - that's EXACTLY the same as Parker's.

Not gonna happen? Shift that stance to - I guess it could happen.

Yes, Jabari could potentially become a willing passer, but he'll never have the passing ability of Larry. If you've ever seen Larry play and actually believe it's a possibility, I don't know what to tell you. It's about as likely as Wiggins getting his ball-handling to Hot Sauce levels. It just isn't feasible.

1 - Smart
2 - Middleton
3 - Giannis
4 - Parker
5 - Henson

That is a damn intriguing lineup.

That would really be a poor defensive team. Teams would run around our guards and bully the crap out of our "bigs".

I counter that with Dean's assessment of Smart as a defender.

I'm not excited about Middleton as our starting 2 just yet, but we could make it work while we're crapping it up for a season I suppose. As much of a Henson homer as I am, I still take Larry over him as our starting 5.

Is there any legit rumor to getting the 7th pick or is it mostly speculation?

And, anything can happen, but I HIGHLY doubt that we are going to trade out of #2. I could possibly see us trying to use 2 of our 2nds to move into the 20's, though.

Pretty much pure speculation. It only has an ounce of credence because Chad Ford suggested it, but it's probably nothing.

Chad Ford has a solid track record of being correct about the Bucks. I wouldn't dismiss anything he says about our team.

This is especially since Larry Sanders could be such a great fit with the Lakers. He would be the Tyson Chandler like center that Kobe always wanted.

I doubt there is a team in the league who would value Larry more.

What happens when Larry slaps Kobe for being a ballhog? :D

I said after the UCLA game that Parker reminded me of Bird, but with good passing in place of all time great passing. I could still see that.

Larry slips, and when he grabs Kobe to break his fall, both of Kobe's Achilles' explode. Larry then rips his jersey off and hops a flight to India.

Kobe makes both free throws, Lakers beat the Bucks, 100-99. Free tacos.

OT - I'm going to be in Brazil for the World Cup for the next month and with draft day being my favourite sports day of the year (yes...), I am going to need some sort of reliable way to view said event. I know you can't ask for links to streams on here, but does anyone normally watch it online through a stream or on the NBA / ESPN websites?

I'll be in Rio boarded up in a hotel trying desperately to have a reliable way to watch it, while everyone else is down at Copacabana Beach or partying somewhere but I wouldn't have it any other way

I guess I don't understand that line of thinking. If that was something he put his focus on improving, what would prevent it from happening?

If you want to pay for the device, you could buy a Slingbox. It connects to your receiver at home (and your home internet), and then you log in remotely via the web and can watch whatever you would as if you were watching from home.

They will have internet and espn at most hotels in Rio. Though South American espn is way different and probably wint carry the nba draft live.

He's 6'9", so that at least impairs him as a center on offense.

His standing reach is 9'0 - Bogut, Chandler, Drummond, Bosh and Noel are 9'2. Noah is 8'10.5.

His lower body is HUGE. His biceps and triceps are massive but his chest and shoulders are much smaller in proportion - they will fill out to make him closer to Patric Young's build than Chris Bosh's (never understood that comparison). He's 247lbs already.

Combine that with good touch at the rim and 13reb/40 and the outside shooting and lateral quicks are icing. If he learns to use the vertical leap, look out.

In interviews he is quiet but seems teachable - certainly needs to be on D and with regard to BBIQ and decision-making.

If we are indeed looking to obtain a top 10 pick who is doing the dealing, Hammond? Morway? Trades aren't exactly Hambones strong suit.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I've been told Kohl is actually the one behind every trade :reporter:.
