I think he's overstating Jrue's flaws. First of all, the video starts with him doing a slight mea culpa on his criticism of Joe Cronin which prompted me to look up what he said about Joe Cronin and let's just say if Joe Cronin ever wins Executive of the Year the fan-made Youtube video will be using his comments very prominently. He's right that Jrue doesn't solve for Boston's lack of a lead guard. That's been a problem for them in year's past and will continue to be a problem for them. Where I think he's wrong is Jrue as a defensive player and primarily on Dame. We don't need to further litigate Jrue on Jimmy but I'll just say that putting Jrue on someone who he's giving up a few inches to and is a really high level shot maker is not a great idea. If they put Jrue on Middleton, I think Khris could have a lot of success. But that's not going to be the case with Dame. That was also a long time ago and its possible that Dame has seen his mistakes in that series and learned from them. I also think Boston had a pretty good matchup for Dame even before this trade in Derrick White and so there's some redundancy but it is beneficial to them knowing that, assuming they're both healthy, that they can be more aggressive and worry less about foul trouble because they know that the other guy is there to pick up the slack if they do get into foul trouble.
