175% of his current salary = $7,608,300
The average salary in 2020-21 was $7.5 million. We don't have the final figures for the current season.
Long story short, let's say we can offer Bobby up to ~$7.6 million in year one.
We have full Bird rights on Donte and Pat (if he opts out). We can offer them whatever we want up to their maximum salary.
Needless to say, we'll have zero cap space. If projections hold, the taxpayer MLE will start at $6,149,000 in year one. The bi-annual will start at $3,951,000 in year 1.
Don't have the source on me RN but the average salary is a lot higher. Last time I checked it will be between 10-11m. Also can't offer a 1y deal with early bird rights, has to be at least 2 (without options I think, not sure).
This says $8.25MM for this season. Seems reputable enough.

The $8.25 million figure was a projection.
I got the 2020-21 figure from basketballreference. We don't have the final figure for this season yet. Per basketballreference, the average salary thus far is $6,430,958. It might fluctuate a bit till the end of the season.

Anyway, it's no big difference. Let's just say we can offer him around 7.6 million to 8.25 million in year 1.
