Cannot overstate the importance of establishing a schedule. My workouts come right after my workday is finished, so it's incredibly easy to follow. Even when I don't feel like working out, I get myself to the gym and it takes care of itself.
I agree. I do so much better when I have a calendar and/or routine. If I rely on just doing something when I get time, I generally miss more days of working out.
