Exactly. He’s a top player. Lillard may bounce back quickly.

I was hoping and expecting this to be one of the first replies. You did not disappoint. Jroy have it all.

Compared to tons of other trades or ideas where you eat a guy like say Duncan Robinson, he's a miles better choice there

But if you're actually suggesting that we pro-actively trade him despite him relaying that he's still content here, then I honestly have to question your sanity, and if you think this franchise, this city, and an entire generation of young sports fans would ever recover from it (good luck with that). If you have a GM that thinks building an eventual contender is easier by trading a committed Giannis than it is building around him, then that dude is a **** idiot that should never be allowed in the building.

As far as on the basketball court. Has there ever been a star player whose absence will literally have no impact. I am not going to say that I think the Bucks are better without Dame. But my expectations in these final 11 regular season games and playoffs have changed 0%.
Doc needs to go with Trent and KPJ in the starting lineup, then Bobby as the 6th man and hope Green can get his jumper back.
Bucks can be an intriguing team going into the playoffs. Of course Doc will blow it by starting and playing Prince and Rollins 30 minutes a night.
Prince is one of those guys where if he's coming off the bench and playing 15-20 minutes he's actually not a bad player. When he's starting and playing 30 minutes he's going to hurt you more times than not.
This roster still has a chance to maybe do some things. But we have no chance with Doc.

You spent a year beforehand bitching over here about a possible Dame trade. In the end, I think you fleeced us on our picks (2028-2030 will be very valuable) but I think you sold Jrue ridiculously cheap, which weighs down the PDX return.

Why do you have to take back a big salary? 1st apron is projected at 196M, we're way under that this off-season even if Bobby and Pat opt in.
