Offensively I think it would be awesome to give Al, Love and Pekovic around 30-34 minutes a night. 3 guys who can score down low like that would be very hard for opposing teams to handle when you're keeping them very fresh. More of a European approach to things if you will.
The problem I see is that everyone seems gung-ho about an exciting running team, yet you would have these three great bigs who play their best basketball in the half-court. Sessions and Flynn are better fits for the up-tempo game. Yet this team doesn't have the best wings to run out and fill the lanes either. It's kind of a mess really when you're thinking of trying to implement a system. Sessions doesn't have great command of running an NBA half-court offense, and is much better suited to freelancing and pushing the ball (If Mil lets him walk, it's partially because Skiles doubts his command of his offense).
I still think the team can come together a bit and you can find some common ground in terms of the strengths of this group of players, but I'm not sure the super-high octane offense would be best for this team.
