Thats a good point. Never thought of it like that I guess. Its just hard being patient for this rebuild when we had a bunch of flexibility last year. Plus a Rubio+Iggy+Wes line has championship defense potential. But I see what your saying, just worried Kahn is in over his head
Maybe thats what Kahn does have planned. He wants a #1 scorer on this team to add with Rubio. I just dont see many out there if theres any at all. I think Melo is a pipe dream, altho I think we have better trade pieces than say the Knicks who he's been linked to. Knicks will win 35-45 games and wont have a great pick. We offer Denver our #1 pick (which id do in a heartbeat) and its already better than anything NYK has to offer. I just think its a pipedream, which is why i'd be fine with going after an Iggy or Granger
