It depends. A big like Gorgui, or Turner as you suggest, wouldn't work. Neither they nor Towns can guard out on the perimeter.
I'm sure that if they found a guy that was a straight 4, like Siakam (talking physically, not skill level) who was mostly one position defensively but also able to switch in a pinch, they'd be fine with it. I mean, that's kind of what Hernangomez is right now.
Definitely going to need to find some wing players who can attack the basket. We got shooters but we need some people who can put the ball on the floor and get to the hole.
I think you're right that we have more finishers than creators at this point. Towns will help that, with the doubles he gets and the passes he can make, but getting more accustomed to the system should also help. Having guys run off more screens, stuff like that.
And who knows? Culver looks like he could fill that role. Maybe Rosas looked into his magic ball 9 months ago and saw this would be an issue when he picked Culver over guys like White or Herro?
