I'll be honest, I was starting to be concerned over the past week or two. Good to see everything got worked out.

But I would be lying if I didn't say I also was ready with a "Houston, we have a problem" thread waiting in the wings. This may have been Bulls North at one time but it's quickly been overrun and become Houston North. So when do we get Capella or pull some almost retired rocket out of their hat?

Of all the moves Rosas has made, I believe Prigioni, Pascucci and Gupta are the only ones with Houston connections.
Thibs had most of his coaching staff come from Chicago, plus 4-5 players.

Having read about the analytics development in baseball , a lot of the buy in from players came from having someone around all the time they could talk to. It wasn't just a faceless instruction telling them to shift or do something else , it was a guy explaining the reasoning to them .

Mitch Creek's now playing for my local Basketball team and I had a chat to him at a fan event last week. He spoke pretty highly of Ryan, said he was the sort of coach who "would kick your ass at training, but that once the day was over you felt comfortable going out for a beer with him".
