Carroll was not good this season. He only looked decent because he hustle hard....On the hawks, dude was actually decent or it could of been the system that made him look decent. On the raptors he was terrible. DUde can't play SF effectively and is more of a 4 now.

Mozgov peaked before he went to the lakers. Dude got benched for TT.

Lin's peak was during linsanity. Dude never got anywhere near that form again... COuld be a fluke, but I think of it more as being the focal point of the offense similar to Spencer and having great physical gifts....

Also, as you said the game is changing. THE NBA is a young mans game now, with all the running they do and the uptempto they play. Maybe, back than it was 26-31, definitely not now in todays NBA.

Carroll wasn't good this season? Next to Hollis-Jefferson, Carroll was one of the most consistent performers on the team.

It's funny how people have short term memory...

When was he one of the most consistent players on the nets...

Only consistent players were Harris and RHJ before his injury.....

This dude was chucking 3s all season long (half of his shots were 3 pointers) and played average defense..

It's funny, dudes were complaining about his play all season long and now he's one of the most consistent players on the team last season.

Carroll is what he is. An average player that relies on workrate. On a team like the Nets, where the center doesn't rebound well (because of his body) and your PF is the same size as your SG, getting boards might be inflated..(In addition to Kenny's love for smallball)

Carroll would be irrelevant on any contender team just like he proved in Toronto, while they replaced him with a teenager that did tons better than he ever did and defended Lebron 1000x better.

And yet people actually think he would fetch a first round pick....

Carroll had the 3rd most winshares on this team, knocked down 37% of this 3pters and had a 55%TS you **** ing idiot. he literally was one of the best players on the team and was right there with RHJ and Harris as far as consistency. The best players overall on the Nets last season: RHJ, Carroll, Harris, Dinwiddie, Allen. everyone else is up for debate.

who was complaining about his play? people on this board were devastated the night that Carroll went down with a knee injury and we all thought he was done for until he came back quickly. where were you at that time bro? hiding behind your previously banned screen name? FOH.

Keep posting this stuff though. you're not a Nets fan, and you'll get handled sooner than later.

i am sick and tired of Jeremy Lin's sycophants pulling this garbage.

LeVert's hands barely reach over the rim when he dunks for god's sake.

This dude is funny.

Went from Suns fan, to Booker fan, to Lin fan....(BTW, if I WAS a lin fan I would be taking every moment to bash DLO since he is his direct competition and only competition)

Also athleticism isn't only jumping. Reading not your forte.

right. as if there really is a competition between Jeremy Lin coming off of a career altering knee injury and 22 year old D'Angelo Russell who is now 100% healthy. every time you hit submit you expose and play yourself dude. we already were hip to the Lin fans that do concern trolling months ago. catch up and do better.

so, lets lay it all out here then. you referred to people on here as "them" when you went over to the suns board and got played.

what team do you really root for? lets clear that up before we go any further.

Haha... I love realgm and pulling up these random stats...

Staukas, Okafor and Mozgov all have higher winshares than DLO, I guess that contributes to the fact they were good too.. Shooting 41 percent as a 3/4 is good too when most of your shots are wide open 3s or garbage/second chance points.

Ironic thing was how much people moaned when Lin got injured and how it was the END of the season for the Nets, when I looked at it as an opportunity for DLO to return to the 1....

Also, Carroll played 73 games and was inactive for the last 4. So, potentially 73 out of 78.... Pretty sure people moaned when Caris, RHJ and DLO all got hurt as well...

I like how you say allen and spencer when both were hot and cold last season, but they were somehow consistent according to you....

LIke i said again, the nets had only 2 . RHJ and Harris...

NO ONE ELSE.

Um, yeah... no one said this. other then delusion Lintarded Lin fans. the kind who predicted 45-50 wins and an MVP season from Lin.

everyone else knew this team wasnt trying to win and was developing. Lin going down was not a big deal at all. not one single real nets fan said the season was over. maybe they said Lins season was over.

Anyhow, please take your hot takes to the Lin thread. this is the levert thread

Actually, on reddit many fans were moaning when Lin went down on the nets stub..... IT happen the same time as GH's injury...

Do you really want to dig up the reddit stuff about Lin on both the nets and nba stub.

Spencer was so consistent that he managed to avg 12ppg and shoot 39 percent. I guess you guys have a low level of what good is...

I don't care about who was moaning about Jeremy Lin on reddit, I avoid reddit because i'd rather discuss nets basketball with rational fans on here and not a bunch of **** posters like you.

Yeah, Spencer Dinwiddie was a finalist for most improved player, had multiple huge games during the season and was one of the best PGs in the league in ast/to ratio. He was one of the best players on the team this season regardless of his FG%. But you can carry on as if you were actually watching games once Lin hit the floor, no one believes you.

THere like 5 consistent posters on this stub........ And rational you are not.

Spencer got nominated therefore that makes him consistent.... I doubt these people that voted actually watched Nets games because there were many other candidates that should of been ahead of him...

Spencer was such a consistent player, but in reality he wasn't... He was a d leaguer that caught on one of the worst teams in the NBA with 2 injury prone starters at his position. (3 if you count Caris).

Dude was decent defensively before he became a starter, than became bad/avg defensively when he became a starter.
Also, his assist to turnover ratio has everything to do with him being a very very conservative passer, probably why he would take bad shots instead and the fact they started Zeller over Mozgov giving him decent spacing since Spencer has a very limited scoring game.

That could be true that I don't watch games, but in reality, it's not. Since I have YES and have an avid interest in DLO's career progression

Funny thing kid is that your logic is.

Everyone that disagrees is a LIN FAN. Small mind you have...

Suns fan -> Booker fan->lin fan-> BC

the list goes on.

Also, the funny thing is how people on reddit trash realgm stub the same way. It's weird, fans of the same team that trash each other cause they post on different websites.

you don't get it... it doesnt matter what fan you are since its clear you arent a nets fan, dont watch the games, and regardless of your agenda are just here to troll.

Reddit is a complete cesspool. its worse the Netsdaily. if you are so in love with reddit, troll over there instead.

Reddit and realgm are essentially the same imo..

Posters just want likes and that is their only goal.

Actually they do....

Hence, why likes are a form of rep in forums like realgm and reddit...

Notice all the dumb crap on the general board that gets people likes....
