Outside of those offers I'm not interest in anything.
Boston, New Orleans and Toronto can worry about convincing KD to be happy there. Not my problem.
I'll just respond to this from a Toronto point of view.
It both makes no sense for Toronto to offer that and it also makes no sense for Brooklyn to settle. A stalemate.
When you look at it KD is basically a highly valuable but almost impossible trade asset (in the fact in how much risk there is to trade for him). He's an Superstar type player with ? superstar type years left, age 33 with an coming off a major injury and wasn't completely healthy last year. He also has the baggage as well with the Kyrie fasco.
He's on a 4 year contract but that's pretty much worth squat if he refuses to play or wants to be traded. Whomever he gets traded to will also be in the current Nets situation but worse if he doesn't want to be there and also probably have 0 future if they gut their team and picks for him.
The only real team I see for him is Brooklyn tbh.
KD's biggest flaw in all of this is putting all his eggs into the Kyrie basket. Kyrie already proved how unpredictable and volatile he is with the whole covid ordeal. Like if KD was best friends with literally any other player none of this happens. He just happened to be friends with the player that drives teams crazy.
