I know the guy is old, but we need a back up PG. He did a decent job last year. Ager is not doing anything.
Did u see the other in garbage time? CDR was running the point.
Imagine Armstrong and Dooling on a defensive squad. They would give PG and SG fits. Until they post them up.

Why not waive Ager and sign me?
Why not waive Ager match the Krstic signing and try and force the Thunder into a sign and trade? (Even if it's just for the right to swap second round picks in the future)
Why not waive Ager... And be thankful that he's gone?
I don't know S.I.C... Down with Ager. That's all I have to say.

Probably because Darrell Armstrong retired.
Let's cut Ager and sign John Stockton.

Well because the third PG wouldn't play much at all anyways unless ( god forbid ) a serious injury happens to Dooling or Harris . A small amount of Games can be handled with one of the two out and there's just no need to waste money with waiving Ager and his guaranteed money .
A trade would be nice to free up that roster space but who in the world wants that guy and the Nets aren't wasting an asset ( 2nd rounder etc ) just to get rid of him.

I just think the Nets are fine w. letting Ager dress up in suits for rest of the season, unless we find a a taker in a unlikely trade scenario...
just to keep in mind, on January 5th...10-day contracts can be signed...dont be surprised if we take advantage of this w. another pg...

What a stupid remark!
According to your logic, the Celtics should have gotten Karl Malone instead PJ Brown last year.
