Carville should get back in the saddle and take the role that the Dems abdicated to the Lincoln Project because he is smart, he's savage and he's on our side
And I'll take Carville's read on the situation over the MSM. I agree with him. I pretty much expect we will know enough about Biden's electoral edge to call the outcome by midnight tomorrow
He was wrong about the blue wave in 2018. He said there wasn't on election night but it turns out that it was a few weeks later when it was ofically tallied. I do agree with him that Dems are trying to think that there has to be some sort of protocol and norm. While Republicans are here to play to win. There's only 1 winner and the rest are LOOOOOSERs. Dems need to think like that.
I'll side with Bill Maher when he calls Dems "losers".
2018 didn't necessarily poll as a blue wave until it happened. It was hoped for, but not certain.

As you can see in that article, he was going off the numbers he had, but he did hedge about a blue wave by saying "Hopefully the Democrats get the House back," when it was not yet clear if that was possible.
In 2020, the numbers and polling are way more dense and tabulated across thousands of polls and data points that have shown historical strength for Biden's campaign. It is not a surprise Carville is saying this. In 2018, he didn't expect a blue wave based on the data, but he didn't deny the possibility. This time is more certain so if he's going to have egg on his face it will be from 2020, not 2018
