Well, I'd argue the exact opposite is true. I've been watching games since about 1984. I was patient enough to go from tanking into the 1st pick, to the Finals with the Rockets. I don't hate Bridge-Caldwell Pope at all. I hate the trade. They are basically twins, KCP on the Nuggets championship is a superior 3pnt shooter and defender, but 5 Pick Mik shoots more? Better raw FG% and identical TS% of 60%.

JFC, your pivot away from trade value into Luka made me realize we traded more for Mikal Bridges than CLE traded for Mitchell, or Lakers traded for Luka. Guess it depends on how you view Lauri and how he blew up vs. An unprotected 1st for a moribund franchise 5 years out.
