You clearly have no patience. That's your problem. You clearly can't remember what it was like the last time the Knicks actually built a contender from scratch as well. Things don't happen over night. It has been 5 months. It takes a little longer than that.

Well, I'd argue the exact opposite is true. I've been watching games since about 1984. I was patient enough to go from tanking into the 1st pick, to the Finals with the Rockets. So lecturing me on over night and 5 months is honestly laughable. If I have anything it's sarcasm and patience, in fact the road I'm proposing which is to get 4 or 5 bites at a Duncan/LeBron/Luka/Jokic/Hakeem/Steph takes years -- which I'd be willing to endure again because at least there is hope of a title. We're where we are by being IMPATIENT which is exactly how Dolan has operated. This roster and the financials and the pick situation leaves us a near 0% chance of a title or a #1 pick for the next ~4-5 years.

The Mikal Bridges trade is a shining example of being impatient. Getting prison raped for a good roleplayer.

I don't hate Bridge-Caldwell Pope at all. I hate the trade. They are basically twins, KCP on the Nuggets championship is a superior 3pnt shooter and defender, but 5 Pick Mik shoots more? Better raw FG% and identical TS% of 60%.

Nuggets traded Will Bartons corpse and Monte Morris for him and Ish Smith. We traded half a **** decade of unprotected picks. This franchise is run by complete moron clown player agents.

If this makes you sick don't see how he stacks up to Derrick White.

What are you even talking about?

Bridges has better TS% than Kawhi Leonard, Donte DiVincenzo, Luka Doncic, Demar DeRozan, Jrue Holiday, Jalen Williams and Donovan Mitchell.

JFC, your pivot away from trade value into Luka made me realize we traded more for Mikal Bridges than CLE traded for Mitchell, or Lakers traded for Luka. Guess it depends on how you view Lauri and how he blew up vs. An unprotected 1st for a moribund franchise 5 years out.

Cavaliers receive:

Donovan Mitchell
Jazz receive:

Collin Sexton
Lauri Markkanen
Ochai Agbaji
2025 first-round pick
2026 pick swap
2027 first-round pick
2028 pick swap
2029 first-round pick

Update 0-3 vs. the Cavaliers and 5 Pick Mik with the Kahwi like team worst -18 +/-. Dude feasts on the Wizards like Brian Windhorst at a buffet.

No he is not. If someone offers us a decent return I would drive him to the airport myself.

What team would covet him? He expires next year and we traded a Donovan Mitchell haul for him he will be a CAA client and get an extension this summer. Welcome to hell.
