I think it's flawed roster offensively and the modern NBA is all about the offense.
Does defense matter? Sure, there has to be stops, but it's not as important as it was.
Meaning, I think teams more likely to win with a top 3 offense and a defense around 10th, then the other way around.
Knicks 2nd and 3rd options aren't creative enough and OG and Hart aren't really that good shooting 3s or creating. Either one of them is great, having two of them where Mikal is "ok" creatively and KAT needs to be set up means teams that aren't good at defense shut the team right down.
Note Boston, Cleveland, Houston, and to some degree, Miami.
Knicks will blow out teams like Detroit and Indiana though.
