I do not want to hear one excuse from the talking heads belittling the Knicks’ run if we are able to close this out

They would find ways to discredit us either way....

Hope Tatum is well again for the summer!!!

He was 11/21 overall, so who needs a 3 when he can do this?

I wanted the win and to close the series out with them fully healthy
Tatum being injured don’t sit right with me, I wanna beat them to oblivion with them healthy so there’s no asterisk attached
Either way, beating them 3 outta 4 fully healthy is pretty damn good 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Bridges should run X patterns from corner to corner until they find him on the move in the paint or the top of the key.

With one dribble and a hop he has one of the least defensible mid-range shots in the NBA. And he's fcking great at it.

Brunson could've easily gone down for the year the way they've been in his landing zone.

Not my problem. There's no empathy right now. If that was Brunson going down, Celts fans would be smearing sh*t all over the walls.

My focus is on Game 5

Tatum injury aside, no doubt you have been the better, hungrier and more determined group and team in these playoffs

The ECFs between The Knicks and Pacers (I presume) is going to be sick.

Even if Tatum didn't get injured, I don't think we would have won the game and series.

Thibs and Bridges have been much maligned figures who have come up big for the Knickerbockers in this series. I really enjoy underdog/redemption stories like that.

Despite what others have said about my previous posts on this board about this series, I am not fishing for likes or empathy, I want to be someone who handles defeat gracefully (something I haven't managed very well in the past)

Knicks fans may well be the truest, most passionate and authentic Hoops fans in the world.

You have been ringless and out of the finals for way too long. Anyhow I know how excited and buzzed I was during the 08 Playoffs (after Years of suffering as a a Celtics fan since 1992, my first season in the NBA)

Enjoy the moment and buzz guys. Especially as you have been starved of succes for so long.

He isn't a Knick after this season.

I'd bring him back just to be in the locker room. I feel like he earned that with that one game he had against the Pistons in the 1st round.

However, he's not an 8th man or THE back-up point guard we need.

What, the new Tucker? I don't think that'll sit well for him.

I hope Tatum makes a full recovery. But nobody was crying for us when Brunson had to leave the game twice in the Detroit series. Where was the empathy when half our starting lineup was out last playoffs. We had to push through with what we had.

With that said, just because Tatum might be out, they better not take their foot off the gas!! Boston still have enough to win.

We had already won the game. We did not steal a victory due to his injury.

However, they will have a very hard time coming back down 3-1 without him

Hey condolences to Tatum, it's going to be a rough road for him, but he will be back. I will say that seeing all the Knicks greats from the past 30 years and seeing the KAT shoulda-been 4 point play from the spot LJ did it gave me a feeling, appropriate if we get to see the Pacers in the next round. Can't get ahead of ourselves, game 5 will be as emotionally charged as a game can be for your boys.
