Yeah McCain was not some saint. He was better than the scum running the GOP now, but he had a lot of dirt on his resume all the same.

Let's not forget who let the crazies in the door. McCain made a conscious decision to choose Sarah Palin as his running mate. That was the beginning of the end of the GOP of the 80s-00s and the start of what would eventually become MAGA.

When John Boehner abruptly hauled ass in 2015, that was a cry for help. He knew what was happening, did enough to make Obama's life hell and then retired to the private sector knowing full well the party was about to burn the country down.

They always use that clip of McCain saying Obama is a good person as a sort of wholesome "look at how respectful Republicans used to be!"

But like, the accusation was "Obama is a Muslim". The answer is "well he isn't, but so what if he is?", cause if you answer "Obama is a Muslim" with "no, he's a good person", the implication is clearly that you can't be a good person if you're Muslim.

I think people are romanticizing this dirty work by the Mossad here. The 3,000 people severely wounded were not all Hezbollah members. 2 of the 12 deaths were children.

On another note, I think USA + West are losing the PR war here. We've been advised to stay away from Chinese hardware and software because they spy on us and steal our information. But now we have western hardware being planted with explosives. This isn't a good look, especially with all the sources and documentation.

I need to make sure to keep tabs on his rally and golf schedule (I live in SoFlo) to ensure I’m at least a few towns away to avoid being a casualty if they’re using bombs now.
