seriously. they just played in a basketball game together and are known friends. how do you connect this to free agency plans?

This is boogie’s last chance at a bag.
Yup. He'll collect his ring, rehab his body and image a bit (to the extent the image matters, probably not) and go get paid somewhere. The GSW will continue to search for some random undervalued big(s) to plug in at C. Boogie fell into their laps, but they aren't sacrificing a cent of cap space to retain him. Look at the C's during their run: Bogut - sort of injury riddled at that point, but GSW liked what they saw for 20 mpg, Biedrens, Speihts, Ezeli, J Thompson,McGee, Varejo, Zaza
So, they try for an undervalued but still has "a bit left" and/or a really old, useful for a handful of minutes vet, like Varejo, Zaza. The last being typical of a deep playoff team, even now, I guess.
I'd see which cheap, decent, 20 mpg sorts of C's shake loose in FA and one or two of those guys will be the C for the GSW. Brook Lopez and ?
yep. all of this.
i think boogie has done a lot to rehab his image. GSW has been effusive about his positivity and professionalism. i haven't been keeping up with the pulse of that since he's been active. but he looks like a much more mature dude, which is great.
and GSW absolutely doesn't need to spend money on a big-time C. they are a war machine and need something very specific from the role. boogie was a great luxury and opportunity. but it could be any of those guys named before. draymond is the real driver of the frontcourt.
i don't think they bend over backwards to keep draymond. but i also think they will lose a lot if he walks. problem is, the team that pays dray what he wants won't get what GS got out of him. verrry fun conundrum. i wanted dray at his last free agency expecting the decline we're seeing now. KP, melo, and draymond could have been fun times. (team likely wasn't ready. but championship culture/identity could have been installed?)

Did you catch how many times KD & Kyrie congratulated Knox & DSJ during their events?!
Anything more than 2 fist bumps confirms KD & Kyrie, but nothing trumps the nipples

Define “lot” bc anything below 5 fist bumps and that might mean Kyrie knows Knox is on the way out.

He was talking to him about shot selection to drive more on the bench, and kyrie was happy when knox made dunk in second a normal 2 handed jam, in timeout chest bumped like 5 times.

No more overpaid...disgruntled...past their prime stars. No more bad money deals. Acquiring assets. Developing youth. Top 5 pick on the way. I could watch this for a few more seasons. Hopefully we land Zion.
If these guys come as FA...cool. Hopefully we land Zion.
May 14th 2019. That's a pretty huge day for us. Ping pong balls will be flying!!! Hope we land Zion!!!

exactly, it's fine if nobody comes. we're in a good position. we just keep rebuilding.
but of course....kd & kyire are coming to the knicks and you'll like it.
Kyle Kuzma said he welcomes the scrutiny of playing for the Los Angeles Lakers.
"I wouldn’t want it any other way. I want people to talk about me, good or bad. Because if they’re not, you’re not doing something right. I’d rather be talked about bad in L.A. than play in Orlando and not get talked about," said Kuzma.
