He's a 4 who can play some 5.
He's not a 3, though the differences between 3 and 4 hardly exist anymore. But by skillset, he's more a 4.
He is a great 5 out power forward. Not really someone I would think as a starter but if the Knicks wanted to do 5 out for 20 minutes he would be great.
McBride
Hart
Clarkson
Yabu
Is a very good bench. I think they can use a little more, because 82 games is 82 games but they definitely added depth. Yabu is MLE good, his sample size was just small because the Philly roster was in disarray & they benched him near the end of the year to tank. Which lowkey I think was when he decided to leave because he was trying to earn a bigger contract.
Athletic big body giving me Anthony Mason vibes. Love this. I'm hoping Hart moves to the bench and Huk gets a promotion.
Mitch | Huk
KAT | Yabu
OG | Hart
Bridges | Deuce
Brunson | Clarkson
Ton of energy and defensive presence on that second group. Plenty of scoring punch too. Not elite from three, but not the worst either. Any sane coach would use them to push the pace and run, run, run.
