It would mean keeping Gallo, the Next Larry Bird!

I'm over the Chandler/Gallo debate.....I really....REALLY don't want to give up Felton.
That's the main problem for me too. Felton was our backup plan if the CBA makes it impossible to get Paul or WIlliams. Now what?
Brandon Knight or bust. (lol)

I'm not ecstatic but I am okay with this offer:
Felton - Billups -- we lose on this but strategically it is not one that hurts us much short term or long term.
Chandler -- we'd have to lose him anyway but sad to see him go.
Gallo -- the best prospect they're acquiring and given that they only have restricted rights on Chandler, it's not like you can count Chandler at the full value of his talent.
AR or pick -- sweetener, upside but not part of our rotation or plans.
It's a fair offer. Steep yes but fair and it shows Melo that we did do ALL that we could to get him. Now it's up to Melo to put pressure on Denver.
Furthermore, I'd make it clear to Denver that if they go with the Nets offer as the first one, then THIS OFFER IS OFF THE TABLE. They have till the end of the All-Star Game to accept or reject. If they go with the Nets and Melo rejects, our offer will SHRINK.
I think this is a really important strategic part of this offer.

Because without a third star, we're not even gonna sniff the NBA Finals.

None of the players you guys are trading are even close to All Star level (sorry, just the truth) and you're getting a a HOF player in his PRIME. And 90% of the posters here can stop complaining.... If I were you guys, I'd be partying like crazy right now.

Get ready for 20mpg of Toney Douglas playing a PG thats a loss in it's self.
I feel for Felton, he stood up for his Teammates and Dolan kicks him out town the next day
