they have a plethora of big men who are injured, but ready to come back and play soon.
between zaza, udoh, henson, ilyasova, sanders, and that guy with an impossible name to spell, would they be willing to unload one of them? i'm guessing sanders and ilyasova will move into the starting lineup when completely healthy. why can't the knicks go for henson (tough to grab, is really showing he belongs in the NBA when given PT), zaza, or, unfortunately, udoh?
i'm not a huge fan of any of their PG because none are pass-first, but ridnour isn't too bad at running an offense. not a big fan of knight, but i don't know much about him.
Nate Wolters and Luke Ridnour are both pass first point guards. They're actually very similar. Wolters is a bit more athletic and quicker afoot...but he's inexperienced and can't see the Knicks trusting him to run things. Ridnour is more experienced but appears to be on the downside of his career (his shooting has gone into the toilet 3 years straight).
The Bucks are probably currently in the lead in the Tank for Wiggins race.
Henson (along with Sanders) are not going to be guys they would deal. Henson, Sanders and Antetokounmpo right now are their future. Ilyasova would probably be someone they'd be willing to entertain trading given their glut up front, relative age/situation and value in a trade to get someone real useful back. But unless the plan is to trade Anthony, Ilyasova kinda overlaps what Anthony does in many areas (just not as good).
Zaza would be the one that probably makes the most sense if he can be had for cheap. He's a big, physical guy, that isn't afraid to get into opposing teams grills, he's a solid post defender, he has some offensive moves.
