they shouldn't hold a draft. a bunch of experts should get together and determine who should get the 1st pick based on a lack of talent. and nobody deserves it more than this franchise. it's not even close. lol

We all know this comes down to, we're not kids. People unhappy with the roster want to absolve Tom of any blame, because it hurts their point to say the coach isn't maximizing the roster. The previous argument was that minutes didn't matter until Mikal blew the whistle and we've seen that one quiet down. It's why you see wild strawmans, like saying we need a new coach means you think the roster as is could win a title this year, no but I don't want to retool the team and go into next season with the same brain-dead coach that plays 8 guys every single season.

The biggest hole in the "keep Thibs" argument is the losing record against .500 or better teams since he's been here, multiple rosters, with the only constant being him, and the same problems persisting - Short rotations, no offensive scheme, not enough threes, INJURIES AROUND PLAYOFF time. Who gives a damn who gets you out the mud, they aren't retiring JB Bickerstaff's track suit in Cleveland.

Gdi nodope, i hate these arguments cause both sides are disingenuous and stubborn and it's a tiring arguement. Ofc the mins are terrible it's pointless to argue that with people. If they cant see it you can't create eyes.

My point with post is that this roster still might need to be retooled even without thibs. Some aren't sold on it. I wasn't before the year. And have rekindled some of that doubt lately.

Regardless of that worry I agree that the easiest thing to do right now is fire thibs and hire a coach who fits the team better

Though the bench needs drastic help regardless of the cosch. It's trash.
