Meek got Drake for the Rico feature, paid him x amount of money for the feature, cool.
Drake sends his verse over, Meek sees a line that Drake said "The girl of your dreams to me is probably not a challenge", whereas Meek in his verse says "Today I woke up with my dream girl, she rich as a Beatle". That's obviously not cool.
You already messed up. RICO started off as Drake's song. He recorded the first verse and let Meek buy it as a favor (which is why he said he won't do Meek any more favors in B2B). They even kept the View, views intro.
where is the evidence that RICO was drakes song.I have never seen that anywhere. RICO is a drug term. I cant see how that was drake song first. Out of all the reference tracks thats the one thats the most suspect, cause its very much the same verse. This aint no hook.
When the song first came out everyone was saying that. It explains why Drama would have the reference too if it was a throwaway from IYRTITL and it fits the story that QM worked with Drake prior to the release of that album.

Listen If I am doing something, and a friend dont help me with it...then I am looking at them funny and I am getting at them to. I make short films. When my so called freinds act like they cant help me promote my work, i have barked on them to. If a freind of mine is doing something, I am always there to help them do they thing. To me that's part of the game, holding a friend down.
I just don't like that he's airing business out publicly. I've learned that some friends only show up when it's beneficial to them and cut them out of my circles quickly. But this is Meek saying "you owe me promotion or else" at the point that it's happened twice. The Drake one has a lot of miscommunication behind it imo, it seems like Drake is thinking "look I did you a favor with a verse, that's your promo" and Meek's mindset is "I PAID for it, that's not how favors work" ...and I can see both sides, but it doesn't need to turn into something public imho especially not with such a prepared character assault as leaking reference tracks.
If Meek said "I paid drake for a verse and he didn't even write it, that's like stealing" from jump instead of "he didn't retweet my album" I'd have a different outlook on it.
Yep. IH knows he would never air out his friends to the world because loyal people don't do that. Meek is a complete snake. At least Drake isn't putting that air around him and acting like he's not a snake he makes it well known he's about his money first. Meek is a lame forreal. I know dudes like him and I keep them at a distance there's nothing cool with dudes acting like females.
