OG in place of Randle could be the move before the “final” move. It would also open things up for everyone else to grow… similar to what we’re seeing in Philly once they dumped Harden. IMO of course. Randle is a net negative.
I get that but logically speaking you want to reserve most of your assets for the biggest move. Why> Becuase they'll be need to make that big move

.
I think someone like OG would cost enough were it would hurt our asset base. This is assuming an OG trade is realistic, a false assumption IMO.
It makes sense to go after the big fish first - before the medium fish. The small fish (Gordon Hayward , Gallonari) are ok because they come cheap. Im on the fence on Bogdonovic, I think he might be too costly , or he might not.
THIS!
You don't spend a portion of your assets before you know what the big cat will cost.
Also, because we're currently suing them, there's ZERO chance the Raptors will deal with us. Forget about OG.
Patrick Williams is basically a poor man's OG. He would be a great replacement for Randle.
Randle, Grimes and Fournier for LaVine and Pat Williams .
Pat Williams can hit the 3 and plays excellent defense so would be a big upgrade defensively to Randle there. IQ and DD would provide strong complementary defense at the guard position to Brunson and LaVine.
LaVine is an absolute elite shooter who is in dire need of a better situation. He can play 3 , mostly 2 and a bit of 1. In addition Hes a pretty decent passer and rebounder.
Mitchell,I-Hart
Williams ,Hart
RJ, Hart, LaVine
LaVine, IQ, DD
Brunson, DD
No more Randle iso and with LaVine, RJ, Brunson and IQ you have plenty of scoring options and would not miss Randle's offense.
