I agree with this. Not in the fire Mose camp or anything and I do think it is in part a personnel issue, but man it is really hard for me to not doubt the system they have in place to some degree.
What other team pounds the ball and then passes it to someone with 1 sec on the shotclock multiple times a game? Lol.

Arenas was suggesting one reason could be that he has played JJJr enough minutes to put him into DPOTY consideration which means his extension could now be a lot more expensive.
Apparently ownership/the FO made him replace all his staff last offseason and bring in a new offense. Ja wasn’t liking the new offense even though they were winning. All this added up to ‘an excuse’ to fire him. Such a dumb move.
