Really annoying, we practically led the NBA in games played for the majority of the season, then at the end of the season they give us a 5 game break so the other teams can catch up

Messes with our team's health

plus you know how we play after long breaks......auto L

Whats stopping Paolo from getting double digit rebounds every game?

Not playing a Sarr/Vukcevic interior every game

Agree he should rebound more, but man the Wizards are soft in there.

Paolo and Franz obviously had awesome games, but thought AB and Isaac turned it around with their defense and energy. Isaac in particular was awesome, looked like last year Isaac.

man watching these other teams on leaguepass......just highlights that our offense is a travesty, we really need to implement a system in the offseason....so we don't have these live ball turnovers where we're just passing the ball around aimlessly and the shotclock runs out because we don't know what we're doing and where people are supposed to be....with a system it solves a few of our issues....players will know their roles in the offense, what they're supposed to do....where they're supposed to be....better spacing.....more cutting....more screening....it's funny to think mose been here this long with no system

I agree with this. Not in the fire Mose camp or anything and I do think it is in part a personnel issue, but man it is really hard for me to not doubt the system they have in place to some degree.

What other team pounds the ball and then passes it to someone with 1 sec on the shotclock multiple times a game? Lol.

that happened like twice this game alone.....we have to play with purpose and too often out there we look like we don't know what we're doing.......don't fire mose but we got to get back to the drawing board with the x's and o's....now like i said before it would solve a few of our issues, not everything....we got to get better talent in here and that would help a lot more and make things easier for mose and for paolo and franz

Gary adds another zombie scoring line to his annual's efforts in pointlessness. Congrats?

Box score thoughts:

Orlando won the FG% battle (barely) and won the game.

The victory yet again came to possessions. Orlando was +9 rebounding and -5 in TOs. Those 14 extra possessions are why the Magic won.
Interestingly this did not reflect in FGAs, as the Magic used these extra possessions to force fouls and make charity points.

In the end the points differential was thus reflected in made FT differential (22 to 9), which was +13 points for Orlando. As the Magic won by 12, making 13 more FTs is kind of a simple answer to how Magic won this game.
So: nice to see the wonderful 88% FT% rate.

The Griz are playing well and their record shows that. Are their owners firing him because they dont have a top2 record in the rankings?

Arenas was suggesting one reason could be that he has played JJJr enough minutes to put him into DPOTY consideration which means his extension could now be a lot more expensive.

Apparently ownership/the FO made him replace all his staff last offseason and bring in a new offense. Ja wasn’t liking the new offense even though they were winning. All this added up to ‘an excuse’ to fire him. Such a dumb move.

They went from 2# on West to verge of being eliminated from direct playoffs.
Warriors took on Butler and have 20-4 record since trade. Talking about impact beyond stats  3rd best defense, 5th best offense, 2# in net rating, 7th most efficient offense

As for Memphis, i don't know, feels like they are only interested into being semi good, without any front office/ownership desire to actually go for ring. Like, you have Morant, JJ, Bane and you start two rookies. Your time is now. Edey is interesting player but guy can't play 4th quarters, you have no serious benefits from having him on roster, at least not in starter role. Marvin Bagley on roster? Why? Why Huff isn't in rotation? Why GG Jackson project is abandoned?
All this because Jackson doesn't like to play Center? Did somebody told him that he plays Center 60% of time anyway?

Bane, much like majority of guards is overpaid. In entire league Edwards, Booker and Mitchell are just about only SGs that deserve making +$30M a year. That position simply isn't that important. Yet when playoffs roll, Memphis has to ask Bane to make plays and shots in clutch due fact Jackson can't handle the ball and Morant still has very questionable jumpshot. (assuming they will even make playoffs).

Wolves will probably knock them out of playoffs and 6th seed and send them to playin. They should still be fine, assuming they lose to Clippers in first game, winner of Kings- Mavs really shouldn't be problem. If they lose that, they don't deserve playoffs anyway.

Jesus Franz is already top 12 in scoring for the Magic? That seems pretty insane.
